Postage Policy
Handing time: 1 business day
After Payment is received, we will Post out your items within 1 business day from our warehouse in Auburn NSW.
Express post: 1~3 days. Please check https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/domestic-shipping/express-post/express-post-guarantee (Aus post next day delivery network is currently suspended due to the Covid-19, but it is still fast)

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within one week after you received your product (must have a valid reason).
Returns must be in the condition just as when you received them.
Returns due to change the mind, the buyer needs to pay the return postage.
For some products, returns may not be accepted, please check product description before purchase.
Warranty: 90 days.
Refund Policy
After we receive the return, we will issue the refund within 3 business days. Please be informed this refund will be processed to the original payment method used at time of purchase. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
